Just left with my takeout order. Got home and 2 entrees are missing. Tried to call the store no one answers. Update I stopped at the store today and a gentleman provided me with my missing food items and apologized.
I tried few dishes from here and I loved most of them.
We ordered around 7:30 pm on 5/8. The service is good but the food is awful. First, the white rice is hard and cold (probably left over from noon). Second, the KungPao chicken has wrong proportion of the sauce. The taste is deviating from Panda’s KungPao chicken. Third, the serving size is not right. I ordered bigger plate with 3 entrees. When I opened the lid, the three entrees look like a normal plate since the rice goes under the entree so entree didn’t take its position...read full review

Panda Express offers great food, with a slight wait time at the counter. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The location is exceptionally clean and pleasant, perfect for enjoying dishes like the Honey Walnut Shrimp. The entire team radiates warmth and hospitality, and the customer service is consistently top-notch. The food is very good and consistent. However, some guests have had negative experiences; one visitor noted that on a certain day, the food was going bad. The cheese wontons were soggy, greasy, and the filling was dry and crumbly. It is a good spot to stop for lunch or dinner when craving Asian food.
