Pissed because employees seem to not be able to read correctly and I only say that because this is the 4th time that this issue has occurred with doordash, ordering food and not getting what we paid for!! Pretty simple....Read the ticket. Put the food in the bag and make sure it's all in there before you seal it up and the doordasher comes to get it!! Again, this is the 4th time so I have no other choice then to change my review and let management know this is occurring way to...read full review
Oh! It was just magnificent. I enter the amazing BurgerKing for my latenight Snack. I was pleased to enter the room with the atmosphere as a perfect yellow, and the cherry ontop, WAS the cashier. The one named Mariana. She was so sweet and she had gotten my order perfectly. Most of all, she greeted me with a big cheerly smile and made sure my day was a delight from the moment I stepped in. Overall, I rate the service/preformance 10/10 Perfection because your cashier was the most...read full review
I ordered the BIg Fish sandwich, onion rings and chicken nuggets. The Big Fish should be called Little Fish, my sandwich had more lettuce and bread than fish. The fish would have fit better on a slider bun. The onion rings were just barely done and not at all crispy. Much better after 5 minutes in my air fryer. NEW chicken nuggets also barely crispy and had no flavor. Not sure if this is the BK standard or just this location. Hadn't eaten BK in a long time, now I know why.

Burger King is a family-friendly restaurant located in a plaza with ample parking and wheelchair accessibility. It provides a safe environment for kids, despite not having a play place. The staff is known for their fast service and goes above and beyond to ensure orders are correct and fresh. Customers appreciate the polite service, especially when special orders are made. The restaurant now features self-ordering monitors, making it easier to order food on busy days and helping to avoid long lines. Many customers regard this location as their go-to in New Castle County, with meals like the original chicken sandwich being hot and fresh, even if not everyone enjoys them. Recent visits have shown great energy from staff, with food being served fresh and quickly. The manager on duty is attentive, and the restaurant is very clean, almost as if it was just built. While cheeseburgers are good, some find the chicken sandwich needs improvement compared to other Burger Kings, rating it three stars overall.
