App said to pick up order in 10 minutes. Walked inside to pick-up order. Waited 25 min for a plain coffee. They finally brought my coffee to the counter and called my name because someone seen a venti sitting behind a milk container and realized no one set it out for me to pick up. I threw it out because it was no longer hot and wasn’t waiting another 1/2hr for coffee.
Always excellent customer experience
Love the dark roast! I used to love the blueberry muffin until they added all that sugar on top. Now it's too sweet
