Andrea is the rudest barista I have ever encountered, she gave me an attitude when I asked a simple question. All of the other baristas are very nice and cooperative though.

Baristas manning the drive-thru are always pleasant, smiling, and cheerful. Sometimes almost too cheerful.... and they never mess up and give me dairy when I ask for almond milk.

I ordered a pup cup and a Frozen Strawberry Lemonade through the drive-thru. I noticed it wasn't anywhere near the consistency in the photos, but I took it and drove around the front. I sat down and realized it was not frozen enough. I went into the store and encountered Lily. The first thing she said was "You can't bring that dog in here." OK - I thought they were a dog-friendly establishment. That was my bad. However, I asked her to remake the drink because it wasn't frozen. Lily said, "I'll remake it, but it melted really fast." I told her that I literally just came from the drive-thru. She again repeated herself saying it melted really fast. Lily said this about 3 or 4 times instead of just taking my drink and remaking it. She never reached out for it. She just stood there with an attitude and said it melts fast. I went out of the store to put my dog in the car and came back in for a refund. I gave Lily feedback on how she could've handled the situation from a customer's perspective and she just shrugged. I told her at this point, I didn't want her to make my drink again. Her response was, I didn't make your drink the first time." Out of everything I said, that's what she focused on. I let her know the when I said "again", I was referring to my drink being made a second time.I've never experienced anyone rude at Starbucks and I frequent that location a lot. Unfortunately, I don't be going there anymore because I can't stand when people are rude. It could've been a simple transaction. Lily needs some more training if she's going to be helping customers at Starbucks.

One of the nicest I've been in. To bad it's right of the highest so you'd need a full time worker to keep the bathrooms in shape.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy spots right in front and a ramp.

I asked for a cold drink, they made a hot drink. I again asked for the drink and they made it with the wrong milk. By that point I was tired of waiting and decided to take the wrong drink and go. What a waste of money and time. I will never return to this location.

Purchased a $7 food product. Realized it had mold. Staff had zero reaction to it. Didn't even apologize. Didn't want to give a refund nor a new product. They reacted as if it were an everyday normal thing. Disgusting. I wonder how old their food products are.
