Waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee. Really lousy service. I could make it faster than them. Not coming back here.
Food is ok but the order is always wrong, in person, drive through or delivery. The delivery service stopped refunding due to the frequency of incorrect orders. Count on always going back to the inside counter to correct your order via drive through or eat in. The floors are always sticky and dirty.
The managers were awful and did not want to help anyone. Yes the place was busy but they could see several people were waiting needing assistance and they ignored everyone. I had $50 worth of food that next time I won't be bringing to this store. One manager told the other well I guess I'll go on a smoke break so you can see what I deal with. I had things I paid for that were missing that I had to go back and insist on getting back to get thier attention. Ridiculous

McDonald's on Beards Hill is known for its fast service, with customers praising the drive-through staff for their efficiency and friendliness. The food is reported to be hot and correct, and the ordering process is said to be quick. However, some customers have found the bathrooms to be dirty, with trash on the floors and overflowing trash cans, which has raised concerns about cleanliness. Parking can be confusing, and the location near a busy highway—often crowded—adds to the hectic atmosphere. The staff is often overworked and understaffed, sometimes appearing miserable, which can lead to incorrect food orders. Despite these issues, customers have enjoyed items like sausage egg McMuffin, hash browns, and hot coffee, and appreciate helpful staff members who go out of their way to make the experience better. The play place is popular with children, and prices are considered reasonable. Some customers suggest skipping this location and visiting the Chick-fil-A across the street instead.
