She was familiar with the two customers in front of me. It definitely had a neighborhood friendly vibe. The shop was busy. Most of the tables on the first floor were taken up when I was there. Be sure to take a stroll up the stairs. At the top of the stairs was an adorable little spot for two people to sit and chat. The second floor has a great little area to sit and ready or study. The top floor was full of light. I ordered my usual cortado. It was a solid drink. The cortado wasn't bad but it also wasn't anything spectacular to write home about.“

“My Son CJ told me about Carlos and Los Suenos and now I make a trip into Cafe Los Suenos once a month to buy coffee. No other coffee comes close. Customer Service is above anything I have experienced before in any other coffee shop. Carlos deserves this review, but I would love if this shop did not get the attention it deserves and stayed as the best kept secret in Baltimore! If I could it would be getting 7 starts on a scale of one to five! its that good!“

“The coffee experience is really great and so was the customer service. The coffee is served traditionally. I’d describe it as bold and strong but smooth with fruity notes. The setting was welcoming and quite relaxing. The owners were awesome and very kind. We will definitely be back again.“

“Stopped by for the first time the other day after a walk for a quick bite and some coffee. The space is nice open and airy with plenty of seating and nice vibes. The staff is super nice as well. However, it was a bit dirty in there. I sat off on the side tables and the floor was dirty and the wall where my table was located was pretty gross for some reason. These are white walls so the dirt and...food(?) Zwas pretty noticeable. Also there was something floating in my ice water, which I believe was from the ice itself because I asked for extra ice and the ice had something in it too. Maybe it was coffee grinds, idk, but it shouldnt get in the ice. The food was okay, but the coffee was really good. These are things that can be easily remedied and I hope it happens because its a great place otherwise.“

“Oh my gosh, what a gem! I tried to go to another local coffee shop and it was so crowded I decided to check my phone for other options nearby. I had no idea this place was here, even though I live really close. It is so cute, the coffee is delicious and comparably priced with other neighborhood coffee shops (while tasting better than where I’d planned to go). They seem to roast as well. “Karen is an amazing baker. She saved the day after we were let down for our wedding cake. She delivered a beautiful 3 tiered cake. The flavours were a delicious lemon with lemon curd, vanilla and raspberry and chocolate biscuit cake. All our guests were raving about it. Couldn't recommend her enough 😊💕“

“When we lived in Maryland I bought all of our coffee from High Grounds. I have now moved to Georgia and wouldn't consider changing my coffee source. The main reason that one would go to a coffee roaster for the 2nd, 3rd or 99th time would be for the quality of the coffee, and any one who would rate High Grounds less than 5 star“

“Had my first visit at The Comfy Cup today, and to say I was impressed is an understatement. It was hands down some of the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. We tried the coffee flight and a breakfast Sammy, and both were absolutely incredible. The space itself was so warm and inviting. We will most definitely be back!“

“Ordered two pies for delivery after seeing pics of a charred sourdough crust on Reddit. It’s a bakery so of course the crust is GOATd. The pizzas are huge and the Peruvian chicken one really stood out. Juicy, smoky, earthy with a fruity spiciness. Truly top tier stuff from Baltoz.

Only complaint is that they don’t sell any of those bomb as pastries for delivery. To be fair, many of their pastries look delicately laminated (very flaky, buttery, crispy) so they might not survive the trip with a Baltimore driver behind the wheel. I’d still risk it though 😂😂😂“

“This is one of the best snowball shops in Baltimore reasonably priced and amazing woman owned and black owned but amazing love the flavors and the seasonal fruit after league this is my go to spot“

“Common ground is a great place that is employee-owned and I like to support. Their jalapeno cheddar biscuit is a Divine thing.

The only reason I don't give it five stars for service in atmosphere is because it is so popular sometimes even something simple will take 10 minutes. That's really just a testament how much people love the place“

I don't usually eat gelato, so I was pleasantly surprised by the creaminess. The service was excellent; I wasn’t sure what to choose, but the cashier helped me by offering samples and sharing details about each flavor I tried. One of the chocolate flavors I sampled was incredibly rich and chocolatey—it's water-based and vegan-friendly, which was a first for me! Holy cow! That coffee didn’t need anything added. Had the right sweetness, creaminess and the coffee was excellent. If you need a pick me up, that will not disappoint! The strawberry milk tea was much better than Chai Times with a richer taste. Price was better too! We can’t wait to come back and try some other drinks.“

“Topside offers a fantastic rooftop setting with stunning city views. The food was excellent overall; the chicken and waffles were a standout, offering a wonderful balance of flavors. My husband enjoyed his quiche, though he felt the crustless vegetable dish could have been cooked a little longer. Despite that minor note, we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I also brought home a bacon jalapeño scone, which made for a delightful afternoon treat. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great dining experience.“
