So I'm definitely on the fence about this Dunkin location. Some days they get my order right and other times they totally miss the mark and I just have to shake my head and ask them to remake my order. On my last visit I ordered a large hot coffee, hash browns, bacon avocado toast, and a medium hot chai latte. They buzzed me into the bathroom *before I even asked.* Like, they just saw me walking toward it and they were like, “we got you dude.” I had bought **nothing.** Just straight off the street. That’s America my friends.

Really great customer serviceWe wanted hash browns but didn't have much time to stop, the cashier overheard us, told us to wait as they would be quick, and made us hash browns in under a minute.
