Really a standout in the Baltimore pizza scene
Ordered two pies for delivery after seeing pics of a charred sourdough crust on Reddit. It’s a bakery so of course the crust is GOATd. The pizzas are huge and the Peruvian chicken one really stood out. Juicy, smoky, earthy with a fruity spiciness. Truly top tier stuff from Baltoz.

Baltoz Bakery in Baltimore is renowned for its exceptional pizza, featuring an excellent crust made from years of sourdough practice and the very freshest ingredients. Popular choices include the spicy pepperoni, chicken pizzas, and the pesto Vodka pizza. The pizza is thicker than NY style but airy, with good sauce. Both the sicilian pizza and the regular pie are great. The chocolate chip cookies and the oatmeal raisin cookies are also excellent and divine. It is not a traditional eat-in restaurant, with only a few long tables and high chairs for those waiting for take-out. You have to order online and it tells you a pickup time. For a full pie, consider ordering a day or two in advance. Parking can be challenging, but a free lot is available across the street. The staff are very passionate about pizza, and all pies are top notch and delicious.
