The person that was waiting on me was pretty nice and very polite. Each time I go there if I see the same person, he's always very pleasant and nice. The problem I have is more of the technical aspect. I don't like that board that you walk over to and you make this order. I think it's so sterile and so not friendly that it turns me off. Mobile service with pick up seems to be the way to go. McD's already has your order ready & it has already been pd for with your card on file. It's a no hassle deal. I love it.Kid-friendliness: McD's has always been kid friendly that's why they sell so many Happy meals.
