Didn't have enough chicken gave me the wrong food and I waited for 40 minutes outside the drive thru
So I came for a quick bite and I don’t eat KFC. But when doing Uber and looking for something quick not in your area, you sometimes settle for what you see available. I went through the drive thru, ordered a kids 2 piece chicken tenders meal with a water. Paid for it and the young gentleman told me to drive around and order should be ready in 5 mins. I waited for 5 mins, nothing. I went inside and stood in front of the register and a couple people came in and got their food....read full review

That little Hispanic girl that’s working the drive thru needs serious customer service training. Not only was our order messed up, I asked strictly for dark meat and ketchup packets,and none of these instructions were followed. I asked for a medium sprite and received a medium coke and why are you having attitude because we asked for our receipt.
