Went in on a Sunday for a carryout while working. I couldn’t use the drive thru because I was a driving a commercial heavy equipment truck. I waited at the counter for 30 minutes to only be told, “ dining room was closed and only available for mobile food carriers “

I visited KFC Sinclair for 2 (3) three piece white meat dinners to go. When I returned to hotel and opened boxes, the cole slaw was missing. I attempted to call store phone no on receipt several times. The phone rang several times and finally answered saying " put in your remote code!" I was quite disappointed. I called another KFC to see if they could help me contact Sinclair. They replied that Sinclair was under another management. Being from out of town, again I was quite disappointed. On the future, I will check my order before leaving any drive thru!

Worst experience ever I went to the drive thru service was horrible her name was Mia… i ask for nuggets she didn’t want to drop any 1 hour be for they was about to close I will never buy here again Popeyes was one block up just go there highly recommend

Every time I come here there’s never any jelly. Today I ordered and my food had human hair in the chicken with a small bug in my drink. If there was anyway to give a 0 Star I would. Ridiculous! 4 years ago today! And the young lady telling me card only! Never again
