Visited in November with my daughter, as an extension of our series on DD in Baltimore.
This place is great. Good coffee, good decor, good folks.

Vegetarian options: It's up there, but I'm not a vegetarian. I would want to be, but I'm not sure of what they have for vegetarians but I know they have it.

Dietary restrictions: Right out front and easy to get to!

Parking: Depending on what time you get there, parking can be hard because of the people driving.

Kid-friendliness: It's definitely kicked frugliness because of the workers are great people and insides always clean and every time I see kids in there, they're always smiling and happy.

Wheelchair accessibility: Like I said, depending on what time you get there when you park, getting out of your wheelchair and in the door is easy.“

“Weekend and evening staff are weird. Came in last weekend for a few items with two coffees and there were some chemicals of some sort in it because my stomach was burning. Was told to come and get a free coffee. Came in this week and another person was there with a scarf around his face began to laugh and minimize my issue. Then began to uncontrollably laugh then left out the front to go into the back then grabbed a cup and poured the coffee after seemingly dropping something in it after turning sideways from his finger that seemed to be stuck because he kept shaking it over my cup. Didn’t think once about drinking it. The morning shift is amazing and I love them.However they need to be mindful of the tall guy that like to like the croissants in the morning and place them I a plastic bin. He’s weird too.“

“One of the best Dunkins I have been too with regard to service! They are very fast and will remember you! They know my name and order after just a couple times. They are super nice and friendly! I highly recommend coming here for your Dunkin! I come at least once a week!“

“Fast window(s) service, they gave 2. A drive thru nd walk up to. I went when it was free chill mitten day. I was mad, because I got there 5 mins early and ask for it. They still said I had to wait 5 mins 😒 for the mitt. Oh, its a no sitting D&D. Drive thru and walk up only.“

“I go to this Dunkin almost every day to chat with my friends or study. They always use the perfect mix of refresher and green tea, far better than others in the area which I also visit. Their mobile orders are always ready very quickly, and the location is perfect nearby planet fitness and my work. Plus, the workers are always friendly and know me by name because of how often I visit haha. This Dunkin is the best!“

“The only Gripe i have about this particular Dunkin is that The Lobby has been Out Of Order for nearly 2 Months Now. Since i have made this My New Local Dunkin Location i literally have to stand in The Drivethrough to order. And it becomes a bit of a hassle because i have to hop in front of cars just to get to the window and that can be dangerous for me. So please do something about getting The Lobby up and running other than that I Love this Dunkin My Iced Coffee is always A Perfect 10/10 every single time. The Customer Service is always A Perfect 10/10 and The Atmosphere is always A Perfect 10/10 so like i said my only Gripe is The Lobby.“

“The morning crew is always super nice and super quick, especially Stephanie! She always remembers my order and makes it perfectly, and goes out of her way to talk to my 2 year old! He hurt himself in the store (his fault, not dunkin's) once, and she went above and beyond to make sure he was happy!“

“Went into Dunkin donuts to order the $6.00 meal without egg,added bacon on croissant. Hash browns were Frozen. Went back inside the establishment only to be greeted with a smirk on the staff's face. Ask the manager to touch the hash. Browns, which were very very cold manager, would not touch the hash. Browns did not try to give me any. Accommodations gave me a new order of hash Browns and sent me on my way. I have to pray because the treatment of some of these stores. There doesn't seem to be appreciation for the $ that we work so hard for,what happened to customer service. I shouldn't have to keep calling a 1 800 number to get a small discount for the treatment I wouldn't want to display to others. Who wants cold food? Ill stick to hot coffee from now on.🫡“

“There was a long line at 650 am. It moved at a good place. The order taker was polite. I ordered 2 meal deals. The croissant sandwich was toasted and hearty with a fried egg, cheese and several strips of bacon. The meal comes with 6 hash brown rounds but I received more. You have a choice of hot or iced I chose iced with cream and sugar. You can also get a flavor not sure what they have because I take mine with no flavor. Overall a nice visit and a great value!“

“Today my daughter and I went a little far afield, starting in Baltimore City and driving through Baltimore County as far as the tippy little edge of Hartford County where we enjoyed coffee at this fantastic classy Dunkin. We ordered from the car upon arrival using the app, and our coffee awaited us within. Good coffee and plenty of birds flying overhead“

“Drive-thru order. They did an excellent job with my mango green tea refresher light ice. It was not watered down, just the right concentration of green tea and refresher syrup. Hard to get this consistently across DDs. The hashbrowns were warm and fresh too.“

“Let me start off saying I absolutely loved that this location in is my neighborhood!! I’ve been here many times, usually early in the am before work. My only issue is that I wish this location would step its game up a little. Maybe more Dunkin merchandise and more donut designs not just the basic donuts all the time. I’ve been to other locations and I’ve seen donuts made as spiders, ninja turtles, rainbows etc… step it up a little…. But besides that, I love it“

“I visited this Dunkin this morning with my daughter, who is nearing the end of the school year. How amazed we were to see a donut flavored coffee!! With what trepidation did we order this unknown beverage! What would it be like? Good or bad? And where do new flavors COME FROM? Having ordered on the app from the car, we walked in (though, with a convenient drive thru available, this wasn't strictly necessary, and perhaps if it had been raining we wouldn't have bothered) and, lo and behold, a lovely sitting area. Well done! AND the coffee, promptly prepared and awaiting our approach. Turns out it was delicious!“
