“We frequent Shipleys often, almost every weekend. The service has always been wonderful and we love the food. Today we show up, and they had a fryer that was down. We met the manager inside, and he proceeded to give us and all the people coming in the food that was left at no charge. Great service he didn’t even need to provide.
