“They are usually on point with the food, your typical fast food quality. Their employees and service have always been a pleasure. The location is a bit small, I sometimes have to wait because many are waiting for their order near the entrance. I will also add, I'm a bit concerned with the cleanliness. I saw they don't wash the cups they poor the expresso in. It's possibly stained from all of the coffee they service. But they should consider replacing their equipment and again display their equipment is being washed in between orders.But overall, decent Dunkin'.“
“The drive thru today had a really long line but the workers there are really nice and get the order right on the first time. I’ve come here numerous time in the morning and I always go to the drive-thru because it’s a quick line and an easier way to get my breakfast. Most definitely the lady at the drive thru today deserves a raise for her commitment and passion to her job.“
“The employees here are delightful and are the first smiles I see in the morning on my commute to work. The only constructive criticism I might add is the new menu / ordering board is SO bright. It is almost blinding in the morning before sunrise.“
“Why they don't have an overall 5 stars? It must be because they don't have a drive thru. Outside of that fact they were A1! Gregory is amazing patient and he has made a way for this location to be the first for miles that knows how to properly make a macchiato! Jasmine also has great service she is very bubbly and cool! So many locations have disappointed me, but this location has stood true 2 days in a row!!!Parking: 10-12 parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Right near door the ground drops for wheelchair access. Only 1 handicap space though and the building is marked which I just realized today but the ground unfortunately is not.“
“Update:I'm still hesitant to give more then 4 stars right now due to other, recent, reviews. However, they have gotten better! For one the lobby is actually open! As someone who walks regularly im happy that I can just go inside. The new staff I have interacted with is friendly as well. I'm not sure if I'm just going on days the better staff is there, but other reviews do still say they aren't happy with the staff. So far I have had no issues with food I order and my drinks don't taste burnt! I'm happy I can get my coffee on my way to work again.“
“Rise fulfilled a catering order for my office this week. Everyone enjoyed the food so much. When I picked it up the food was hot, service was super friendly, and they threw in some butters and jams for the biscuits. Overall a great experience. Would definitely use for catering again!“
“The service is always good, prompt and polite. These are my favorite mochi donuts. I work nearby and love to treat myself after I get out of work. I also grab a bubble tea , since it is in the cafeteria with a lot to choose from. I think the chewiness to fluffiness ratio is perfect. I always get the Biscoff and the Ube. The flavor is amazing!!!! I recommend.“
“Since movie to the area, I find that the women that work in the morning are extremely good at their job! My regular dd is starting to lose luster, and lead me to find this place. My only wish is that they were open earlier during the week, as I have to be at work at 5.“
“This Dunkin Donuts has the best staff. Everyone is always enthusiastic and kind--perfect pairing with your morning coffee or even mid-day ice cream pick-me-up (Baskin Robbins in the house, whoop whoop--yum yum!). Being close to the truck stop and main rest area on Route 175 and close to Route 1, they tend to be open earlier compared to other Dunkin Donuts which is perfect for my 4:45 AM departure each day.“
“Would give 6 stars if I could. Best bakery I've ever visited. Absolutely mind blowing donuts, fresh bread is the best around no question.They are the first shop you see in the market building. Extra crowded when the market is open, but worth it.“
