Keshar was amazing! Great service! Never had a bettter experience
I’ve been to this Dunkin twice in the past month and both times they got the order wrong then they “fixed” the order and it was still wrong and the wait to get my drink was very long - 10 minutes to remake a drink while they served other guests and seemed to forget what they were doing. The staff don’t seem to be able to handle the volume of customers.
Food is decent but service is terrible I waited over 25 today for a line no more than 6 cars.

Dunkin' has undergone a remarkable transformation under new management. The staff is now consistently friendly and efficient, ensuring orders are accurate. The lobby is open, allowing customers to enjoy their coffee and food inside the store. While there are still some mixed reviews, the overall experience has significantly improved.
