Save your money and avoid it if at all possible. If you drive a little bit further east (less than a mile on the same side of the road), there’s a Panera and a Starbucks. Unless you go at like 6/7AM, you’re rolling the dice on freshness and service here.

Avoid this dunkin' donuts, especially for breakfast. Every time I've stopped here I always see only one or two people running the entire shop. Expect to spend at least 15 minutes in the drive-thru from my experiences. I end up just driving up the road to Chick-fil-A it's a shame because I like their sourdough breakfast sandwich.

Can't really speak to the food or coffee quality because I left after being misunderstood 2x. First asked for a medium midnight with 3 creams and 3 sugars and she said regular coffee black... . Then I asked which doughnuts were a dollar with a coffee and she said the special doughnut was red velvet . This location needs a kiosk bad if you're going to have staff that can't take an order. I just went somewhere else

All I can say is that this dunkin donuts is hit or miss. It's convenient for me to stop by because I pass it when going to work and there's a drive through. However based on my last two experiences I will NEVER go back there again.

Partaking in Dunkin's Free Medium Coffee week, I stopped at numerous Dunkins & found this location to be the worst.Arriving at the drive-thru, I found myself screaming a few times, "hello?!" into the drive thru speaker- with an employee saying, "go ahead & order" but not confirming- I finally gave up & just drove up to the window, trying to order from the source.I was then greeted by a flippant employee telling me the coffee wasn't ready, I would have to wait 5mins, I should have ordered at the drive-thru step one so they would have known to get the coffee ready..womp womp, I tried. I ordered a black coffee 2 pumps syrup- one sip of my coffee & I knew it wasn't what I ordered- loaded w. cream & sugar along with the 2pumps, I couldn't tolerate more than a few sips before I just had to trash it, luckily it was free, but very unattentive service. Would not return.

Horrible customer service. No one was available at the drive through to take my order. Drive up to the window. They refused to take my order at the window informing me I had to go to the speaker or go inside.

The latte machine was broken so my first choice of drink was out. So I ordered a simple extra large got black coffee and snacking bacon. For the drink, they got the size right. For a coffee place, how you can screw up a BLACK COFFEE is utterly amazing. I got an extra large coffee with cream and sugar. Terrible.
