“We have made jailbreak one of our favorite spots when we are in the area. We recently had a dry aged fish and a steak board. To say we were amazed and impressed doesn’t even describe how fantastic the food was and how much we enjoyed it. In addition to the excellent food the staff was top notch to make sure we knew what each item on the boards were. It is something we will definitely do again.”

“Had nice dinner for four at Facci, have been here many times over the years. Angel hair Sophia Loren vegetarian dish was best of what we had, really flavorful mushrooms and peppers. Margarita pizza was good as was the white mushroom pizza. Spaghetti Amatriciana burrata was good but not our favorite, very different than in Italy.
Service was responsive and pleasant. The bread with vinegar and oil is also quite good, everyone liked it. Really good wine list to choose from, lots of choices and price points. We sat inside as it had been raining earlier but just to note they have really nice outdoor seating which is great during nice weather.”

Our server Brittny was friendly, attentive and checked in regularly. The one thing that was a little off was the timing of the food. The bread sticks came out, then the child's meal, then the salad, then the appetizer, then the main meals. The food was good. It's a chain restaurant so nothing was great, but it was all good. Overall a good experience.”

“I like this Wawa location, but I do have one piece of feedback that I hope management will take seriously.
You all need a better system for organizing beverages with mobile pickup and delivery orders. Countless times I’ve received my food, only to discover that my drink—usually a hot coffee—is missing. In many cases, it seems the beverage is left sitting on the drink counter instead of being grouped with the rest of the order.
This creates a frustrating experience for both customers and delivery drivers. Customers end up hunting down missing items, contacting support, or requesting refunds, while delivery drivers are left trying to determine whether an order is actually complete.
There should be a process in place to ensure drinks are clearly associated with the corresponding food order before it is handed off for pickup or delivery. Whether that’s a staging area, better labeling, or an order verification step, something needs to change.
This has happened enough times that it’s become a major inconvenience. I enjoy this location otherwise, but I would greatly appreciate improvements to the way beverages and food orders are organized and handed off. I’m sure your customers and delivery partners would appreciate it as well.”

“As my daughter and I attempted to find the perfect wedding cake, she went through bride-to-be jitters and I went through mother-of-the bride jitters as there are so many beautiful designs. It was so hard to choose! We soon learned that not only are the cakes good (red velvet with cream cheese icing is one of my favorites)but the customer service is “outstanding.” The owner Alexis and wedding consultant Shannon clearly understand the indecisiveness of brides to be. They personally worked with us, held my hand, and were very patient. I highly recommend Cakes Plus for any occasion that requires that special touch and special taste!!”

Didn’t even need to use syrup. The girl taking orders was very nice and polite. She even explained a few of the different options that are offered. I feel like I've been missing out all this time. Additionally the women working this afternoon around 3pm are phenomenal workers and the place was spotless. If they havent been given a raise or promotion yet, you need to give them both one. These ladies are easily the most competent fast food workers that I've ever seen. Show them your appreciation because any restaurant would be lucky to have them. They are respectful and kind and so efficient. Next time we go to subway out here, I hope to have the same ladies here. 10/10.”
