The Customer service was out of this world. I think she must have been the manager. This lady was on point. Now the food was absolutely great as usual. The sweet potato desert. Was FABULOUS. It was my friends 1st time. She enjoyed everything. ?????????? Keep up the great work. The ribs fell of the bone.
Long time frequent customer of the Laurel location. I've been to a few others in the area but this one just seems to do everything better. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly voice or two. You place your order and your food is quickly ready for you to consume. I've tried just about everything on the menu including the black plate specials and I can say I'm never disappointed. Don't forget to try out their desserts as well. Had a pretty big order. MISTY ASSISTED ME over the phone she was so kind! My order was ready when I picked it up and she helped me carry it to my car because I had my baby with me. Amazing customer service. Been coming here for years… haven’t been in about 2 years… just wanted to leave a review! She is such a wonder lady! Love this place always will be my go to location ….
