I have been coming to this spot for over 2 years the food is great I usually have a good experience but today the host or cashier I was not expecting for her to be so defensive towards a paying customer for just pointing out an advertisement the establishment is promoting but doing the opposite ?? I don't know if your having a bad day or something but do better.
Everything is fine. But when I ask chicken well done, I feel like they hit or miss it coz they are busy and communication back to kitchen is tough. There was an American girl at front desk and couldn’t deliver the info to the kitchen . Sarku Japan is my all time favorite though
