Had a pretty big order. MISTY ASSISTED ME over the phone she was so kind! My order was ready when I picked it up and she helped me carry it to my car because I had my baby with me. Amazing customer service. Been coming here for years… haven’t been in about 2 years… just wanted to leave a review! She is such a wonder lady! Love this place always will be my go to location …. Other locations food don’t taste as good and don’t have as good customer service! Thanks!!

The Customer service was out of this world. I think she must have been the manager. This lady was on point. Now the food was absolutely great as usual. The sweet potato desert. Was FABULOUS. It was my friends 1st time. She enjoyed everything. ?????????? Keep up the great work. The ribs fell of the bone.

Long time frequent customer of the Laurel location. I've been to a few others in the area but this one just seems to do everything better. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly voice or two. You place your order and your food is quickly ready for you to consume. I've tried just about everything on the menu including the black plate specials and I can say I'm never disappointed. Don't forget to try out their desserts as well. They also have the best sweet tea around. Make sure you try all the different sauces they have available. Be sure to ask at the counter for the Alabama White Sauce which goes well with the fries or anything else too. When you walk in you will notice the patches on the walls, from military, law enforcement and other first responders. They have a couple monitors showing a slide show of pictures with members of law enforcement and military. At noon be prepared as everything and everyone stops to stand up and show respect and a recording of the National Anthem is played. During special occasions they will have a live rendition of the National Anthem. They also support Wreaths Across American, Toys for Tots and some other great causes too. They've got a fantastic team who are super friendly and they and the food always make my day better. So if you are looking for some awesome food and some awesome friendly service stop in and visit this location. Keep up the fantastic work!

Great place to get some flavorful barbecue. As a born and raised southerner, this almost taste as good as the barbecue down south.The baked beans are their best side in my opinion. Mac & cheese in second.The workers are always very nice and patient as well. Oh and that Sweet Tea!!! DELICIOUS!! The lemonade as well. I’ve only had the brisket and chicken from the meat selection though. The chicken is extremely juicy.
