As a Vietnamese person , the pho soup is very delicious and tastes Authentic. As for the bun Bo hue, it could be better and have a deeper flavor. Although bun bo hue is hard to master so I get that it might take some time to perfect. Overall highly recommend! The beef wrapped in grape leaf is also super yummy.
I didn't realize this was a chain! There's one in Crofton that I've been to as well, and it exceeded my expectations for a bowl of pho. I was hoping to have the same experience here. And I was not disappointed! The pho is still incredibly tasty, and quite possibly the best pho I've had in the DMV! (Yo, DM me if you know of a better spot, I'm all ears!) The service was also great. If you're looking for great pho, this is the place to go! I have never had a bad bowl here! My only complaint along those lines, is that their menu is almost nothing but pho. But, do one thing and do it well, am I right? I do enjoy Vietnamese cuisine as a whole, though, so it would be great to see other options here beyond the app menu. The décor could use a little TLC too, but that's a very minor issue. Still, when I'm feeling pho, this is where I go, hands down!
