Let me start by saying the owner is extremely rude and doesn't own up to simple mistakes. Place a mobile order and only got half of it. When I went back in to ask for the rest. I told them they messed up, she said "No we didn't mess up, we have people in front of you" mind you this was a mobile order placed 10 mins prior to arriving as we already know they're slow and take forever for two coffee and two breakfast items. The owner is extremely I'll-mannered and discourteous. She will not admit when something is wrong and tries to cover her store instead of admitting to their wrongs. I come here every Sunday and spend $20-$25 on coffee and breakfast, but still managed to get charged $0.50 for a cup of water! I called other stores and was told that a cup of water is free if you're a customer and had ordered other items. Sadly, I will no longer have my normal Sunday tradition.

Management here does not care about how poorly their store is ran. Specifically with one dark skinned lady with glasses who works there, it’s truly dumbfounding to try and comprehend how this woman even got hired! No customer service, extremely rude and has a stank attitude.
