“Was in the area and just dropped by to check it out Ko's Kitchen. Was greeted with a friendly smile by the owner (I believe) and restaurant was nice and had plenty of tables for eating. I was hungry so I ordered the Loco MoCo platter with a fruit smoothie. Good flavorful dish for putting some meat on your bones! Nice local small family business to support.“

“I’m fairly new to road biking and had just bought a new to me road bike from FB Marketplace. I had sent an email through their contact form which Laurie answered and gave me enough reason to bring my bike to Proteus. I brought my bike in this past Saturday. The first person that greeted me was Paul. He checked over my bike and let me know that my bike was really in great shape and made a few minor adjustments that he didn’t charge me for. He replaced my seat and clipless pedals with flat pedals. Literally everyone in that shop made me feel comfortable and welcome. Laurie, Jeff, Duncan, Andy, Paul, yall are amazing and made me feel at home. I live in DC, but Proteus is my go to bike shop now!“

The girl working there offered to actually pay for everything which was extremely generous. I eventually got my card to work. But i wanted to thank whoever was working here July 3rd again for being so kind. Wish I knew the name.“

“I came to a women’s networking coffee meet and the place is so cute. Local and original art on the walls, your usual coffee shop pastry selection, and a variety of fresh foods for lunch if you want something more substantial. My oat milk chai latte was DELICIOUS! Nice vibe. Welcoming staff.“

“The café is ideally located between I-95 and Highway 200, tucked within a quiet residential neighborhood and away from busy commercial areas. It’s a charming, cozy spot with an exceptionally clean interior. The pastries and coffee are delicious, and the staff is warm and welcoming. I met someone there, and it turned out to be the perfect place for a peaceful, uninterrupted conversation. I highly recommend this café.“

“I love this place. I came here based on the kindness of the owners on instagram and it did not disappoint. My only complaint that there is way too much ice in the ice coffee. You get a swallow of coffee. It does taste amazing. The beignets are outstanding.“

“Atwater's is my favorite place for many reasons. Comfortable community atmosphere, enjoyable food and drink, and great staff. In 6 years I've seen Atwater's with a great track record for hiring and training members of its team. But I'd like to credit two in particular today. Joey, the new manager settled into his role quickly just this year and is very engaging, friendly, and happy to help customers directly alongside his team. Alyssa is another fantastic worker and leader in the team. Always paying attention and focused on keeping everything in order and working efficiently. The whole team performs well. But she routinely performs above the standard.“

“I was surprised that there weren't more people here honestly! I love the quiet vibes with the bookshelf in the corner well stocked with books of all genres. There is a $5 minimum for credit/debit cards, but I got a large coffee and it turned out great! Unfortunately, they close at 2pm today rather than 3pm, which was stated by the sign outside as well as the google maps location. Otherwise, definitely worth checking in!“

“Cafe June is a lovely cafe with a fun and friendly atmosphere. The theme is musical, and there are many fun thematic decorations. The cafe is full of meticulously cared for plants which are so beautiful and inviting. The drinks and food are always good.“

“I am not sure if the kiosk is not reliable or it's user error. I have tried twice to use it but the second time I focused on accurately adding the amount of sugar I wanted but it didn't go through because the barista served my coffee with no sugar and looking at the receipt it didn't have any sugar amount. She begrudgingly added the sugar for me.The coffee is always tasty.“

“This place is the best Nordies E Bar, in the dmv. One I love how their café has its own space and ambiance. Two the staff is amazing. Corey, Stefanie, Jennifer, Vanessa, Bree and Kushi they are the definition of customers first and have such friendly inviting energy. The other staff is nice too i just dont know their names. They are quick and efficient. Three, their coffee craftsmanship and selection of food is divine. You have never had a real grilled cheese and tomato soap until you had theirs.
