Dumpling District Laurel is a great addition to the Laurel Town Center. The food is delicious, fresh, flavorful, and above expectations. Specific dishes praised include spring rolls, stir fry noodles with Chicken and Shrimp, Beef brisket Pho, Shrimp Pho, dumplings, ramen, pork vermicelli, soup dumplings, scallion pancakes, and crab meat and pork dumplings. The rainbow dumplings are also really good, with the red one offering a nice little kick. The beef and sauce in the pancakes add a sweet and savory flavor. Everything is impeccably fresh and perfectly balanced.
The service is excellent, on point, sweet, attentive, and polite. Staff are willing to answer questions and offer suggestions, such as dipping the pork in their vinegar sauce, which is the best combo. The atmosphere is peaceful with light music. Food comes out quickly. The experience is impeccable from start to end, making it worth a visit.
