McDonald's in Laurel

“I stopped to this McDonald's because it is convenient to quickly grab something for my son. However this is the third time that I have visited this store went through the drive-thru and the lady in the Drive-Thru window that collects the money looked at me close the window and then ignored me. It was cold outside so I let my window back up and waited for her to open the window or acknowledge I was there but she glanced at me continue to look at her computer screen. But ignored me. I have reported this to McDonald's once but nothing was done about it. Because the same person in the same drive through position has ignored me three times. Not once did I get loud alluding any manner because I was trying to teach my son you get more bees with honey. I'm still waiting on a follow-up from the McDonald's on Laurel Fort Meade Highway“

“I had a really nice experience at McDonald's today! I don't eat out often and usually pick other restaurants when I do, but I had a hankering for a double quarter pounder with cheese. I got the seaonal pumpkin pie, too. Both were EXCEPTIONAL!!! Great service at this location as well! I am still getting the hang of the ordering kiosk. It's nice to be able to request no onions and extra pickles!!!Highly recommend!!!“

“I always use my mobile app and usually just go through the drive thru. Always the same thing - large caramel iced coffee. Sometimes I like to add various extras like espresso or caramel/chocolate drizzle. But, in all honesty today I don’t think they put any of the extras (which cost more) in my drink. Tasted pretty gross haha. But I went home and dumped a bunch of caramel and chocolate in there myself. However, the whole paper straw thing drives me absolutely insane

Parking: Just be careful pulling into or backing out of any parking spot. It’s pretty easy to have a collision with either a car or a human being.

Kid-friendliness: Nothing too exciting at this location. Pretty basic inside

“This is a nice location across from Laurel Lake. It's outdoors so it's perfect on nice days when you want to walk around. Plenty of food options within walking distance and shops. There's a movie theater here as well which makes for a perfect place to spend a Sunday afternoon. They also have events here, blocking the street for music and whatnot. I live close by so walking here is also a nice getaway from my day.“

“Breakfast biscuit maker is on point. Most McDonald's have hockey pucks for biscuits. This one was light and airy and reminiscent of something you'd get down south. The hashbrown was crisp and not drowned in oil. This place was so much better than other McDonald's.“

“The McDonalds inside Walmart is the best because it's never really very busy and they are happy to create special orders for you. Plus all the food is made post order so it may take an extra minute but it is so much better than the other McDonalds location.“
