McDonald's in Ellicott City

“Our kids had a lot of fun at the playground during our visit. It was clean, safe, and a great place for them to play while we enjoyed our meal. Having a playground makes this McDonald's a wonderful choice for families. Thank you for providing such a fun and welcoming environment!“

“I walked in because my phone glitched and I was picking up a large order for a group at my house. I was immediately greeted by three people at the front counter who were extremely busy (and still took the time to smile and acknowledge me). Those team members knew what order I was talking about immediately and a woman who was helping specifically ensured I got all of my food and was patient and smiling. At the end of me getting everything, I heard her tell everyone she was leaving for the night..meaning she stayed past her clock out time to ensure my order was completed (also unknowingly ensuring no meltdowns from my children). When I asked for her name, she told me it was Deena (sp?). Everyone that was working tonight was absolutely awesome, especially her!“
