“Went to Kokee for the first time because of Major Def's fundraiser. The workers were so nice and patient even though I didn't know what to order. Ended up getting the Brown Sugar Dalgonatte and it was so tasty, will be going back again!“
“This was a wonderful spot to work remotely for two days while traveling. Delicious coffee, great food (with a lot of options!) and really nice service, and a good relatively quiet spot to setup laptop with accessible outlets in the back of the shop! Highly “
“Love this old town Ellicott city Café. It’s filled with characters and chill vibes.Even though it’s located on the edge of the old town. It does not make parking any easier. They do have their own little parking lot. However, given the amount of customers they have on daily base. This little parking lot is filled up fairly quick. Most of the time we have to look for parking on the side streetsThey have an extensive menu for sandwiches and coffee drinks. Also fresh pastries in the bakery displays. Tasty coffee, chai, & more.Friendly and efficient services. The favorite seats for most will be the ones close to the window. Just perfect… ☕️?Highly recommended by @winedinenvacay“
“Georgia Grace Cafe is 5/5 in every way! Everything I’ve had there is absolutely delicious and you can just taste how fresh everything is. The atmosphere is super cute and matches the vibe of Historic Ellicott City perfectly. If you’re looking for a healthy breakfast or lunch, GG is the way to go!“
“Don't let the outside appearance of this place discourage you from coming in. It is hidden from the main road so you won't be able to see it when driving. But you will never regret it. The food is delicious, and the inside atmosphere is nice and clean. Give it a try and see for yourself.I ordered the j4 beef vegetable, and I enjoyed it very much, especially on that cold day where you can still see traces of snow left from last night. My partner ordered the hotpot bibimbap, and she was a little disappointed about it being a little bit dry on the palette, but once she added a little soysouce, she said it was better. The bibimbap tasted yummy even without the soy sauce. It was just a little dry. I still recommend you check them out and try different things on their menu. They also offer shaved ice, which I will try when I come back. Maybe during summer.“
“The coffee there is very good and they have creamer and sugar packages you can add yourself. They have delicious bread options too all for good prices. I also recommend trying or sharing their bingsu with friends. The store has a great atmosphere for doing work as well.“
“I didn't eat anything but they do have a couple of gluten-free pastries. My latte was very tasty and the outdoor seating is cute & vibrantly quaint on this cloudy day. The servers were quick and efficient. Kind of wish there was somewhere to sit inside as there's only outdoor seating.“
“I like everything about this place; I’d almost consider myself a regular. Your drinks are made to order and Gong Cha offers many ways to make it yours with sweetness level, amount of ice, and add-ons. This location is kept clean, and has a good vibe to it.“
“Cozy and intimate cafe. The service and food were great, with a short wait time from ordering to receiving food. The atmosphere was warm and inviting; I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in the door.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are not clearly labeled, but there is at least one option in every menu section.“
“Love this place! Their bagels and sandwiches are fresh and delicious. We come here once a week for lunch, and they never disappoint. Super nice staff. If you haven’t tried the S’mores cream cheese spread, it’s heavenly! 10/10 recommend.“
“I had the match red bean slush and it was one of the best I've had in a long time. Unlike some other establishments, they use actual red beans and not red bean powder. They also offer varying levels of sugar so you can customize your sweetness. Nice art and great staff. A notch above the numerous competitors in this crowded genre.“
“I had no idea what we were in for. What a pleasant surprise! You know it's an exceptional spot when there is a swarm of people continuously going in and out--nonstop. Busy, busy, busy! When you walk in you are serenaded with easy acoustic music and your nose goes in overdrive due to the numerous sweet aromas--chai, espresso, cakes, breads and pastries. The back and right sides are areas deemed for sitting, gathering, studying and...eating! The cash wrap is in the middle section and the items for sale are on the left. There is NO direction or signs on how or what to do when you get in so I figured I'd make my review a bit of a guide: If you're here solely for picking up an order, making a custom order, grabbing a slice of cake or for coffee, you can go straight to the cash wrap. If you are here for pastries (etc.), you'll start on the left. This area is self-serve. Grab a tray, a tray liner and OPEN the little disinfectant oven container to grab a pair of tongs. Brace yourself. You are now ready to turn around into the abyss of desserts. DON'T THINK ABOUT CALORIES. DON'T THINK ABOUT BEING JUDGED FOR ADDING 100 TREATS TO YOUR TRAY. TREAT YO'SELF. Along the wall are breads, coffee beans, and other bagged items. The containers in the middle of the section contains all the freshly made items which you can open yourself and use your tongs to place them on your tray. Each item has a display card that includes ingredients and calorie information. If you want to remember what you selected, take a picture because the packaging is not English. *In addition to the pastries, there are cakes and cake pieces--cake pieces are only available until they last--you MUST try one. Cakes is what Tous Les Jours excels at. The cake section is on the left side of the cash wrap. If you want cake, you'll order it at the cash wrap. I tried the sweet potato pastry (5/5), the melon bread (2/5), strawberry shortcake (2/5), chai tea (3/5), milk crème bread (5/5), strawberry yogurt cake (5/5). It is officially my favorite bakery.“
