This was my go-to Starbucks for several years, but I recently visited and had two negative experiences that I hadn’t experienced before. I put in a mobile order a few days ago and arrived at the store 20 minutes later. My drink wasn’t ready, so I waited for another 10 minutes before saying anything to a barista. I like it here! I thought the parking was easy. My drink came out quickly and it was just right. I ordered a cookie and it was delicious too. The price was decent for Starbucks. I need to get the app and order from it next time so that it can be quicker and I can just pick up.

Back in nov/2023, a worker forgot to add caramel into my caramel frappe. When I returned to say that the order was wrong and it wasn't sweet, they got me a new one. That part is great!But the worker had to add the comment "next time ask for extra pumps." But the frappe was now overly sweet, and they didn't want to accept the fact that they just made an honest mistake the first time. Blaming someone for your own mistake is immature and unprofessional.
