A woman was given her order but never ate it and never left the store. When my order was ready, a man handed it to me wordlessly even though he wasn’t the man to take my order and he wasn’t here when I placed it. There is no cell service here.“

“This was a stop on our way headed West out of Baltimore. @least 2 solid vegan options at a classic deli—when most delis consider bread, oil, and green peppers qualifies as a meal for someone who doesn’t eat animal products—was very exciting. I like to feel full when I leave an eatery and I left more than satisfied. The online ordering system inaccurately reported that the “fugazi” (vegan cold cut sub) was unavailable, so I called from the road and learned that they actually did have the necessary ingredients. They kindly took my order over the phone. If you run into the same, it pays to call and double check! Updated from previous review on 2026-08-13“

“I was surprised that there weren't more people here honestly! I love the quiet vibes with the bookshelf in the corner well stocked with books of all genres. There is a $5 minimum for credit/debit cards, but I got a large coffee and it turned out great! Unfortunately, they close at 2pm today rather than 3pm, which was stated by the sign outside as well as the google maps location. Otherwise, definitely worth checking in!“

“What a Fantastic experience! I've heard about GG's for awhile and have wanted to try it. Brought my 3 daughters, son and grandson, all very picky... Food was awesome, apple cider slushies delicious and especially the bourbon apple cider slushy. Highly recommend! Remember, this is a cafe... Not a restaurant, so if you're looking to be taken care of constantly, that isn't this experience. The staff though is very responsive to everything and available. We absolutely will be back!“

“This place is the best Nordies E Bar, in the dmv. One I love how their café has its own space and ambiance. Two the staff is amazing. Corey, Stefanie, Jennifer, Vanessa, Bree and Kushi they are the definition of customers first and have such friendly inviting energy. The other staff is nice too i just dont know their names. They are quick and efficient. Three, their coffee craftsmanship and selection of food is divine. You have never had a real grilled cheese and tomato soap until you had theirs. Love this neighborhood mall based coffee shop 🤪🤞👍“

“A regular place to visit - with long lines, but they go quickly. It’s an old bank, remade into a Starbucks many years ago. Love the cold or warm drinks, no matter what time of year. Good service, appreciate the more mature staff making things right.“

The summer of 2022 God got a hold of my life and slowly started pulling me back in. I became an official member of in 2024.“

“I spent a month inside this hospital and visited frequently. Tye, Courtney and the whole Starbucks staff was phenomenal. Everyone knew my name, checked in on me constantly and gave their best wishes to me daily. The staff went above and far beyond a handcrafted drinks and snacks. They really cared at a time when I needed it most. I think it’s also important to note that they make an excellent Caramel Macchiato! This is definitely my favorite Starbucks!“
