I want to share that I ordered an egg and cheese croissant for breakfast and was very disappointed. The croissant was over-toasted, appearing dark brown. When I tried to call the store to discuss this issue, unfortunately, no one answered.
"I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and was utterly disappointed with the experience. Upon receiving my order, I discovered hair in my food, which was absolutely unacceptable. Instead of receiving a genuine apology from the manager, all I got was a refund. The lack of accountability and concern for hygiene standards left a sour taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon." Very poor management skills

At the Dunkin in Marriottsville MD. Just ordered a coffee (with cream) and tea. The coffee was cold. The employee offered to “brew” me a fresh cup. He went in the back was there were a few kitchen sounds. He came back with the “fresh” cup. I opened the lid to find milk skim on top. He had only reheated the original cup of coffee. When I raised the issue, he offered to really brew a fresh cup. I declined and asked for and received a refund.
