I’ve been here for 45 minutes. I order online and I showed it to the lady and she careless enough to told me she cannot find it and then I order again and show it to her and she still cannot find it and then I realized there is two order at the table. After my third order I paid cash and it was mine and she is careless enough to not even look, and that is the manager.
I am not normally one to write a review, but this DD sucks - I wish I could give it negative stars. Its by far the worst DD I’ve ever encountered in my life and if it was the only restaurant left in the USA I’d fly to another country just to get something else. The service is awful, the wait time is awful, the orders are wrong more often than not, the food is packaged very sloppily, the store itself is not clean, and so on - it’s been a terrible experience every time I’ve...read full review
