“I had no idea what we were in for. What a pleasant surprise! You know it's an exceptional spot when there is a swarm of people continuously going in and out--nonstop. Busy, busy, busy! When you walk in you are serenaded with easy acoustic music and your nose goes in overdrive due to the numerous sweet aromas--chai, espresso, cakes, breads and pastries. The back and right sides are areas deemed for sitting, gathering, studying and...eating! The cash wrap is in the middle section and the items for sale are on the left. There is NO direction or signs on how or what to do when you get in so I figured I'd make my review a bit of a guide: If you're here solely for picking up an order, making a custom order, grabbing a slice of cake or for coffee, you can go straight to the cash wrap. If you are here for pastries (etc.), you'll start on the left. This area is self-serve. Grab a tray, a tray liner and OPEN the little disinfectant oven container to grab a pair of tongs. Brace yourself. You are now ready to turn around into the abyss of desserts. DON'T THINK ABOUT CALORIES. DON'T THINK ABOUT BEING JUDGED FOR ADDING 100 TREATS TO YOUR TRAY. TREAT YO'SELF. Along the wall are breads, coffee beans, and other bagged items. The containers in the middle of the section contains all the freshly made items which you can open yourself and use your tongs to place them on your tray. Each item has a display card that includes ingredients and calorie information. If you want to remember what you selected, take a picture because the packaging is not English. *In addition to the pastries, there are cakes and cake pieces--cake pieces are only available until they last--you MUST try one. Cakes is what Tous Les Jours excels at. The cake section is on the left side of the cash wrap. If you want cake, you'll order it at the cash wrap. I tried the sweet potato pastry (5/5), the melon bread (2/5), strawberry shortcake (2/5), chai tea (3/5), milk crème bread (5/5), strawberry yogurt cake (5/5). It is officially my favorite bakery.“
“Went to Kokee for the first time because of Major Def's fundraiser. The workers were so nice and patient even though I didn't know what to order. Ended up getting the Brown Sugar Dalgonatte and it was so tasty, will be going back again!“
“This was a wonderful spot to work remotely for two days while traveling. Delicious coffee, great food (with a lot of options!) and really nice service, and a good relatively quiet spot to setup laptop with accessible outlets in the back of the shop! Highly “
“This place is awesome. Great crepes and nice GF options. People a super friendly. It will get busy due to its quality and service so sometimes you'll have to wait since they can only make crepes to order so fast. The outdoor seating is wonderful when not too crowded. Sometimes the upstairs can get hot sitting over the kitchen. Wife meets there every Saturday morning with her church group“
“Don't let the outside appearance of this place discourage you from coming in. It is hidden from the main road so you won't be able to see it when driving. But you will never regret it. The food is delicious, and the inside atmosphere is nice and clean. Give it a try and see for yourself.I ordered the j4 beef vegetable, and I enjoyed it very much, especially on that cold day where you can still see traces of snow left from last night. My partner ordered the hotpot bibimbap, and she was a little disappointed about it being a little bit dry on the palette, but once she added a little soysouce, she said it was better. The bibimbap tasted yummy even without the soy sauce. It was just a little dry. I still recommend you check them out and try different things on their menu. They also offer shaved ice, which I will try when I come back. Maybe during summer.“
“I highly recommend Kismet Cafe! They have lots of options from bagels, salads, sandwiches, desserts, and a coffee bar too. The food is delicious and the team is amazingly friendly & quick! They even know their frequent customers' name's & regular orders. Excellent customer service!! I've been going here for almost 10 years & go often.“
“A little bubble tea shop with a couple private rooms. The teas were good and customizable. I ordered through the app and picked up but also stayed a while. The music was cool but a little on the loud side. It was a little chilly inside so bring a jacket. Employees were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the brown sugar boba and the cream cheese topping. So far I had the Osmanthus milk tea and Thai milk tea. Didn't enjoy the Thai tea it just tasted too artificial. Next time I'll try other flavors and update my review. ??I attached a photo of the food menu for those curious. They need to update their app to reflect the actual menu items.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options, sugar free options, healthy drinksParking: Large lot plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Loud music lol“
“Had an awesome time on a Sunday. The place is really nice and kid friendly. We played uno, darts, Mario kart as a family while Mom and Dad enjoyed the bar and enjoyed the live music. The kids had chips and juice as well. We ordered from the food truck and the wings and burgers were worth the wait. Really really good! The calamari was just ok. We enjoyed the gin options the most. I truly wish you all so much success.“
“The coffee there is very good and they have creamer and sugar packages you can add yourself. They have delicious bread options too all for good prices. I also recommend trying or sharing their bingsu with friends. The store has a great atmosphere for doing work as well.“
“Small but well maintained bubble tea shop. Lots of stuffed animals too (similar to Squishables). I got the Honey Grapefruit Black Tea with Boba, and it was delicious. This might be my go to drink at these locations now. My good buddy loves the Dragon and Rose drink. This location was nice and quiet on the day I went. Next time I need to try the Kokee Cookie.“
“Cozy and intimate cafe. The service and food were great, with a short wait time from ordering to receiving food. The atmosphere was warm and inviting; I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in the door.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are not clearly labeled, but there is at least one option in every menu section.“
“I started coming here in the mornings (between 5:45-6:15) and I’ve had excellent service here. I don’t remember everybody’s names there but to those who work at the Starbucks off of Liberty Road in Eldersburg, keep doing what you’re doing!!! I ordered the strawberry açaí with lemonade and it gave me nothing but a good reason to wake up in the morning! While I’m there I’m able to do my work in peace! Beautiful atmosphere! Great service! And I will be back!!!“
“Clarksville Starbucks is my absolute favorite. Always on time, the service is amazing here. Always clean. I’ve been going to Starbucks for years, this is the first location where an employee (shout out to Jasmine) where they welcome me by saying my name with a smile. I love it here, makes my mornings so much better!“
“Love this place! Their bagels and sandwiches are fresh and delicious. We come here once a week for lunch, and they never disappoint. Super nice staff. If you haven’t tried the S’mores cream cheese spread, it’s heavenly! 10/10 recommend.“
“One of the best coffee ☕️ spots in the area! (Plus ? drinks later in the day). Extremely friendly and sharp owner Kelvin. Made us feel so welcome. Good coffee too. I’d highly recommend trying it out. Being a few friends while you are at it.“
“Good local coffee shop! Only tried their coffee (brewed coffee) and it was pretty great. Very reasonable price as well: ~$4 for a 16oz coffee :) The place was crowded on a Thursday morning. Lots of spaces to sit down. Service was decent; said it was my first time visiting and they did a good job explaining different roasts. Generally a hip vibe, nothing fancy but I would definitely recommend getting coffee here over Starbucks if you are in the area. Much better coffee for a similar price point. Plus, support small biz!“
“I ordered this online without an idea of what to expect as it was my first time and I was pretty impressed. I tried a little bit of sandwich and breakfast and dessert and nothing was disappointing. It’s definitely a good try for someone looking to test something new and does not want to miss.“
“Canned in here to get an Acai bowl and a breakfast sandwich. The Acai bowl is good and decently sized. The breakfast sandwich was good, a little pricey for an English muffin bacon egg and cheese. Dear Lord did it take forever and we were the only two in there. I'm hoping it's because they made the egg fresh before dropping it on the panini. Leaving it 4 stars for now but if that was a frozen egg patty I'm dropping it to a 3.“
“You know what you are getting with Starbucks. This store moved from one corner to the other corner of the little shopping area so that it could incorporate a drive-through. I haven't used the drive-through, however at the times I've been there, the line doesn't seem too bad. I almost exclusively order ahead using the app so that my coffee and sometimes breakfast sandwich is ready when I get there. Most of the time everything is ready and I can walk in and out and I love this convenience. There have been a few times where my order was "taken by accident." The staff has noticed me standing around waiting and any time this has happened, they remake my drink for me. It is super annoying to have to wait, but I really appreciate the staff's effort to make a replacement.“
“Good food, friendly service. The pancakes were very good and Mo’s wrap was tasty. Only complaints are long wait time once seated and long service time for food, but it did seem like there was 1 person cooking and 1 person doing all the orders and checks.“
“Great little shop inside the medical building. The smell of bacon wafted through the hall after my PT appt and I couldn't resist getting something. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. The sandwich was delicious. The ladies working there are very nice and helpful as well.“
“Located right outside of Nordstrom on the lower level. Great little cafe with great coffee. Plenty of seating available to sit back and enjoy your coffee or food. They also have a variety of packaged food/goodies. Mocha Ice storm was excellent! My go to here.“
“I had the match red bean slush and it was one of the best I've had in a long time. Unlike some other establishments, they use actual red beans and not red bean powder. They also offer varying levels of sugar so you can customize your sweetness. Nice art and great staff. A notch above the numerous competitors in this crowded genre.“
“This is the best Starbucks location in Owings Mills, in my opinion! I visit this location most weekdays in the morning around 6:30 AM and the staff at that time are so friendly and welcoming. This is the only location in the area that ALWAYS toasts my croissant to perfection and makes my drink perfectly! For a tired teacher in the mornings, it's always very much appreciated and starts my day off right :) The atmosphere is quiet and the place is always clean and tidy. Keep up the great work!!!“
“the environment and customer service is a 10/10. our drinks were made quickly and accurate. the vibe and atmosphere was so cool, and the lights were so pretty. our drinks were amazing, i want to try everything on the menu!! perfect place for a date or hang outs!! lots of seats!!“
“The establishment is generally satisfactory, though there is room for improvement in terms of staff friendliness and efficiency. Personally, I feel a more welcoming approach from the staff, such as a simple greeting, would enhance the overall customer experience. Despite residing just 5-8 minutes away, mobile pick-up orders consistently require additional waiting time beyond the allocated preparation period. However, it's worth noting that the upside lies in the consistent quality of hot and ready meals. In summary, while the location is not bad, a few adjustments in service could significantly enhance the overall quality of the experience.“
“The staffing has most definitely changed. This is the most pleasant experience that I have ever experienced in this location! I stopped coming to this location for Starbucks for nearly a year. After 4 different rude, unfriendly, no smiling experiences, I gave up and took my money to St. Thomas location. I love that location too when I'm in the area. At the Owings Mills location( inside of the Giant), not only was I greeted with a pleasant person but she made sure my drink was amazing! I will start patronizing this location again. Thanks for your kindness and respect“
“Had an outstanding experience at this location today. Received exceptional service from Brittany who went out of her way to assist and expedite an order after an error on my end with a mobile order. She was polite, accommodating and friendly. The entire team was engaged and professional.“
