I ordered an unsweetened iced tea on my app and when I went to pick it up, I was told they were out of tea. This was 45 minutes before they closed. They should have offered to brew fresh tea! No apology was offered and I had to ask for a refund, it wasn’t offered. I’m a regular customer, so this was very disappointing!
Only went here because I had a gift card to spend. Walked in, and walked right back out. Should've realized it would be a bad experience before I walked in from the dingy doors and windows with handprints all over them. Most of the tables were dirty, and there were flies all over the place. The counter was also filthy. How much does it take to wipe down the counter? Absolutely no pride or care taken at this specific location.
This is my neighborhood and favorite Starbucks! The employees are very friendly especially when there is a local sports event and they are bombarded with customers. I also love mobile ordering when I'm in a hurry.
