This is the best Starbucks location in Owings Mills, in my opinion! I visit this location most weekdays in the morning around 6:30 AM and the staff at that time are so friendly and welcoming. This is the only location in the area that ALWAYS toasts my croissant to perfection and makes my drink perfectly!
