McDonald's in Baltimore

“I like this McDonald's it's a McDonald's I go to very frequently. I go through the drive-thru on every visit. The window where you pick up the food drops your front tires in a hole that's pretty substantial. The food and the people are great they even have trash cans outside. Just please fix The drive-thru road.“

“Been going here since 2020 and honestly it's just like most McDonald's. the service is pretty good, they keep the property clean, they move pretty fast at times and even during slow times it's not a super long wait. Never had an issue with my food, and if they did accidently give me the wrong order it was fixed immediately. All in all if your nearby, I'd recommend!“

“I ordered and had food delivered to my car from their pick up lane,the food was so cold,I threw my frys to the birds,but the young girl that brought My food out was so sweet ,happy and kind..otherwise I'd have no stars for this McDonald's, the worst one yet far as the food,I have ever been too.geese,I dunno.lol“

“Had a great experience at McDonald’s! The Filet-O-Fish sandwich was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The fish filet was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the tartar sauce added the perfect flavor. The sandwich was prepared well and served quickly. “Ok McDonald's......I see you stepping the game up! Visted the 6001 Moravia location today.....09.05.24 at 12pm. The gentleman on the drive thru speaker was amazing, he addressed me by my name and everything, wonderful customer service. Great job young man.....I wish I knew your name. They need about 4 more of you at all of the McDonald's locations, you definitely make a positive difference and it's appreciated. The food is even getting a little better.“

“I really love this McDonald’s in comparison to the other ones in the area. The Moravia road and bel air road locations are awful compared to this one. I come here in the morning often and they are very consistent. They drop fresh hash browns that don’t taste like they’re full of grease and their customer service is loads better. Shoutout to the young man that works in the morning on drive thru, he’s always enthusiastic and happy to do his job. Very nice“

“It's McDonalds so the food quality is cheap fast food. BUT TONIGHT I got a double quarter pounder and I gotta say this was the most picture perfect burger I have ever gotten from any McDonald's. 10/10 good job to who ever put love and care into my order made my night“

“First, the food is yummy and nice but sometimes they get the order wrong. Once my order was wrong and waited 15-20 mins. Most people are really nice and I’ve never had a agurement. By the way you should check something in the pentagon because there is a McDonald’s in the pentagon!!! XD“

My order was simple, the food came out warm, and it worked well for a fast lunch or late-night bite. The location in Northwood Commons was easy to find, and overall it was a practical spot when I needed something quick and familiar.“

“I just got some McGriddle and egg McMuffin both amazingly good and hot, but messed up on my coffee I asked for sweet it wasn’t I asked for extra sugar in the bag there wasn’t and no straw or stirrers so I have to wait 15 minutes to drink it . But other than that they were sweet individuals“

The server and the person behind counter was very polite and nice. I never had a great experience at McDonalds like this. I want to visit this same location again one day. “To be clear, I'm not a McDonald's person. And in this day and age, I'd rather prepare my meals at home. That being said. I have never had any problems at this McDonald's....maybe because it's just outside the city....but I will drive past a different one to go to this one.“

“I’ve never in my life felt the need to leave a review for a fast food place but here we are. Let me start by saying I drive an extra 15 minutes to get to this one instead of the one 5 minutes from me. Myself and friends always order through the app and then go through the drive thru. I have never had anything go wrong with my order and the food is always spot on. Not to mention, each time the service is great, always kind and helpful. At the end of the day, it is a fast food restaurant, not a fine dining establishment, keep that in mind. Will be back, always!“

“This McDonald’s is pretty dependable. My order is rarely incorrect. The food is normally hot. I mean, it’s McDonald’s, ya know? It’s not fine dining. I ALWAYS order using the app, so I simply have to give them my order number. Much easier than yelling into a microphone and I get loyalty points. I love a free Mocha Frappe.“

“The peeps were so nice. I went through the drive thru. The only problem I had was when I was asked what I ordered and told them, I still received the wrong sandwich. I only looked in the bag and the writing on the paper said bagel sandwich, but I wanted sausage and received bacon.. and had already pulled away. 😖“

“I went thru the drive thru, which moved very quickly! I ordered a 1/2 sweet & 1/2 unsweetened ice tea. All was well, until I sip my ice tea, chalked with a lemon taste🫣. I didn't like it at all, however, I didn't tell them no lemon ice tea😱. All my other good items were yummy 😋. So, please when ordering ice tea, tell the person no lemon! “The crew operates this McDonald's very efficiently here! The food is delivered to customers in a timely fashion, & is exactly what the customer expects! The interior was clean for dining-in & they definitely draw a crowd for breakfast!“

“In person is fine, but when I order through Uber Eats, my order comes up missing something half of the time. I pay delivery fees and tips, yet I don't receive my whole order. I don't even eat McDonald's. It's for my son, who has autism and his orders have to be exact.“

“I came through the drive way last night at 1045. This is the night shift normally i expect when i come through a late night mcdonalds drive thru i expect it to be mid. And thats no ones fault really its the late night shift u know what ur getting into. Your hungry u take what u can get. But last night. Damn. Everything was hot fresh. The service 10/10. “I have to be 100% honest there's a manager there as a black woman by the name of Wanda she sets the tone she is the best customer service rep for a major brand that I ever experienced she is down to earth and treats her customers just on March the 31st I asked for a rag to clean off the table and I wanted to do it myself she would not allow me she is the epitome of customer service I salute her“

“I’ve purchased food from this McDonald’s 3 times already, and one thing they definitely have is order when it comes to the drive-thru 😂 Even though they have 2 speakers, if there are 3 cars ahead of you in one lane, you still have to wait your turn at the second speaker. No skipping allowed.

The workers can sound a little rude sometimes, but honestly I get it they probably just hate their job. Also, don’t expect extra sauce for free because they will charge you for it. I don’t really mind, it’s just something new to me.

Overall, I’ll still give them 5 stars because the food has been good every time and the place runs pretty organized.“

“Location: A/B food court. Mcchicken? More like QuickChicken! Service was lightning fast. Got to the airport with maybe 25 minutes to spare, super busy day and I didn't eat breakfast or lunch, it's after 3pm and i needed something to hold me over through a 2+ hour flight. McDonald's for the win, Ole reliable, cheap and easy.“
