“This location is where I go to the most. The customer service is great and food is fine. At times fries not as hot but it's cool. This evening I'm highly pissed due to the advertising of HELLO KITTY HAPPY MEAL. My asd request to go here to get the HELLO KITTY HAPPY MEAL TOY. She is a collector of HELLO KITTY items. So we went here only to receive a Squishmallow toy NOT HELLO KITTY inside the HELLO KITTY HAPPY MEAL BOX. I am very much pissed off because my ASD (AUTISTIC) daughter was excited and guessing what she might get. But NOOOOOOO THIS LOCATION ADVERTISE HELLO KITTY HAPPY MEAL signs all around plus outside of Drive thru BUT DON'T HAVE HELLO KITTY TOYS. Mind you it came out about 2weeks ago. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM??? NOW I HAVE TO CALM MY DAUGHTER DOWN FROM AN Unnecessary MELTDOWN. MCDONALD'S MIDDLE RIVER Don't POST HELLO KITTY HAPPY MEAL POSTERS AND SIGNS IF YOU DON'T HAVE THEM. VERY UPSETTING.“
“They are pretty slow preparing food. The day staff are pretty good too interact with. Late night staff are very rude, take forever to get any food you order or DoorDash order ready. If you don’t pay close attention to the order they will and have every single time forgotten something!“
