McDonald's in Essex

“The neighborhood has turned awful and there is always something going on at this McDonald's. I say that to point out its not safe to go inside. However the service I received on May 2, 2026 @ 0608am at the drive thru window was out of this world. The most polite and helpful young lady properly greeted and kept me informed on my order. Once the order was completed she smiled and told me to have a nice day! Now you can't fake that type of personality that early in the morning. She was genuine and completely sincere about here work! Please give that you lady a promotion! Management knows who she is because there are not many people around like her!“
