“Note: The wait time for your order was extremely slow. However, there was a young African American man working the register who was keeping thing flowing. He was talking to co-workers and manger in English and Spanish to get orders out to correct customers. At same time he worked the register, handled customer complaints satisfactory, made sure lobby area was clean and safe, and was training another employee on the register. He is a hero. He save a lot of people's day on Saturday October 7, 2023. He said he had won employee of the month once. He needs to win employee of the year and be made a manager.“
“I only come here once a month when my sister comes down to Frist Cash Pawn to pay on her layaway. The French fries ? are cold, and chicken nuggets are nothing like they were. I always get the 20 peace nuggets because my nephew. They were also cold this truly unbelievable. The staff are more concerned about having a conversation between each other rather than waiting on the customers ?. They're really nice but the customer should come first then have a conversation. We should be able to get a refund, but this place is pretty busy when we get there, so we just deal with cold food?“
