During a recent visit, my order took about 15 minutes. When I received it, the lid on my $5 Red Bull Refresher had not been secured, and the drink slipped out of my hand as I carried it out the door. I explained this to the staff at the counter and asked for a replacement. I was told one couldn't be provided because the Red Bull drinks are inventoried.
