McDonald's in Catonsville

“A 5 minute walk from my house and consistently doing a good job! . Friendly staff every time 😊. Today I asked for less m&ms in my McFlurry. Recently they have had way too many. Some seemed closer to a cup full of m&ms with some ice cream mixed in.

“I had such a lovely experience at this McDonald’s! I ordered my go-to Oreo McFlurry & explained how I like my extra Oreo layered (bottom & top, sometimes the middle too). McCury greeted me with the warmest, most genuine smile. She was quick, efficient, & gladly applied my code without hesitation 😌
what truly stood out was how she went above and beyond - after my order, she personally checked at the second window to make sure my McFlurry was made just the way I requested. That small but thoughtful gesture meant a lot - it’s rare to find someone who cares enough to double-check special requests, & it really shows her stellar work ethic & kindness! “It's McDonald's, but the way Lorenzo interacted with his customers today, and i really mean not just me was genuinely so kind and helpful. Not really what I typically expect at McD's honestly. I really appreciated his above and beyond care not only with his actions, but his deliberate tone. It wasn't cheesy or fake but just kind. I really hope his manager recognizes him as a real asset, and rewards him for his exceptional customer service! I would come back to this location to be served by him. We'll done Lorenzo!
