Food and atmosphere are typical McDonalds. The service has a lot to be desired. You'll wait to have a cashier take your order when there is no one else in line. You will not receive a proper greeting or a thank you for your business. If you pay with a $20, the clerk will hold it up to a ceiling light as if you are a master counterfeiter... as if the person even knows what they're looking for. Do not use the mobile App! It’s super janky and only will stress you out, the staff out and waste your money.I cannot rate if the food is good or bad. I am giving the restaurant 5 stars because they did try to help. The app malfunctioned and my order was never sent to the restaurant. When my order was never received, I asked if I could get a refund. They said, unfortunately I had to contact corporate.Which is fine but corporate said to return to the restaurant. They have two drive through lanes I’m in lane two & there is a car in lane one already. Employee ask me to give them one minute and I say ok. Car in lane one places there order and pulls up, then another vehicle pulls up in lane one and places there order and pulls up and I’m still sitting waiting to order in lane two??
