Minus the one brawl I experienced (I was not harmed and I did not instigated anything), the place is very speedy.
Oh my God this place is always neat and clean and the guys there are courteous.
Lobby was closed. Although the door was open and I walked into the lobby, I was quickly sent back out the door and told to go through the drive thru for service. The manager said the lobby would be closed for several days.
