They do way too much talking and loligagging up there. Stood for almost 15 minutes waiting for my food because they was playing and talking. I saw someone pick up trash off the floor and ain't change his gloves . Then we you ask about your food they just repeat it and still be looking around.
Tiffany the restaurant manager goes above and beyond always she needs a promotion to GM she cares about her employees, and has overqualified sales experience. she is well known in Baltimore for her hospitality please whatever you do don't let her go except for own good. We love you Tiffany from the community you feed everyday

Walked in to Music blaring in the back where all the food is made. Asked for one meal, recieved another and when I told them it was wrong they blame me for saying the wrong meal. Clearly the music was Too Loud for them to hear customers clearly. After they remade my order I still feel as though it was wrong but just didn't care to say anything a second time.
