Ordered a DoorDash order from McDonald’s on Belair Rd and White Ave . I ordered a Big Mac Meal and a Fish Sandwich my order came without Fries so my wife had to get Fries from the restaurant up the street. So we had to reheat our food over. Thank for messing up my order again. It happened before same McDonald’s. I won’t be ordering anything else from you guys

This is the location that I’ve been visiting since I moved in the area 3 years ago. While some moments are better than others this moment was petty. I went in for 2 sweet teas and two pies . Something that is simple and premade. I waited 12 minutes for the beverages. The cashier seemed new and didn’t know how to properly operate the beverage machine. I ordered the 1/2 .. half lemonade half sweet tea , the manager stated that the lemonade was out of stock so I just asked for a sweet tea instead and I was served unsweetened tea. I asked the manager if I could have a few pumps of liquid sugar she stated that , that was going to be an extra cost and at the moment I left my wallet in the car because I thought it would be so simple to just add a few pumps of liquid sugar in my tea because the lemonade was out. I mean something as small as that could have been warded because what I paid for was out and it just seems small and not the best customer service. So I’m going to take a break from this location for a while ..

Only reason for a one star the guy seen me waiting for a minute at the door dash window. All the other employees including the manager didn’t come to me and some other employe had an attitude when I came for door dash. But this is the worst McDonalds I ever been too. I will never door dash or order food. People that was there before me was having trouble with there order too. The saddest McDonalds ever.

I waited 30 minutes for my food along with other customers. The guy passing out the orders never said anything to us. When my order number was supposed to be next, according to the screen , they gave 2 other orders out behind mine. When I asked how long it would be, the same guy cut me off and said, "we're waiting on the hashbrowns ....it had been 20 minutes already. Then he just sat my food on the counter and didn't say the number . So I asked if this was mine, and he just walked off and then mumbled yea. The lady behind me started to complain that she was in the drive-thru and they had her waiting at the 3rd window for 20 minutes and never gave her the order so she had to come in to find her food. TERRIBLE SERVICE and TERRIBLE TIMING.

Walked in to Music blaring in the back where all the food is made. Asked for one meal, recieved another and when I told them it was wrong they blame me for saying the wrong meal. Clearly the music was Too Loud for them to hear customers clearly. After they remade my order I still feel as though it was wrong but just didn't care to say anything a second time.

They do way too much talking and loligagging up there. Stood for almost 15 minutes waiting for my food because they was playing and talking. I saw someone pick up trash off the floor and ain't change his gloves . Then we you ask about your food they just repeat it and still be looking around.

Wow so that entire McDonald's needs to be retrained or fired. I can't tell you how many times they just lock the lobby door and refuse to acknowledge you. If you do make it in the door your also ignored at the front counter then when they finally do talk to you they don't want to take your order they try and pawn you off on those stupid kiosks. If you actually able to order be prepared to wait the longest you have ever waited to get McDonald's. But wait there's more the food is already garbage it's fast food but usually it tastes good at least, nope not at that hood rat McDonald's. It's going to be old and cold and soggy. I really wish they had less then one star reviews. For real they just need to close that location it's only getting worse . Oh and whoever you have managing that place is rude as hell I have no clue how she got a job in customer service and she was just sloppyI can't stress just how horrible this place is for real I think Id rather starve then ever step foot in that cesspit

The ice cream machine always “broke” they take forever to give you your food and then be rude to you. Poor customer service. How I’m the customer and I know the employees business. Messy don’t eat from here one time my sister had moldy bread and she was pregnant that’s a safety Hazard. They over scheduled people and send employees home that’s taking money away from people pockets. Everytime they get a new staff they all be messy.
