Every time I go to this McDonald’s there’s always some issue that goes on. They either forget stuff that I ordered are always out of stuff and always have to make me wait and when I’m waiting it’s like 15 minutes. The staff is always very rude. I started using McDonald's app. Great app! Lots of good things on there. The kiosk and the restaurant. I've never been able to get that to work for me correctly but others come in behind me and they fly right through it so that's probably on me. But, having to go to the counter to order at times. Times you do have to wait a little bit before getting waited. One that could probably be improved a bit but all and all it's a nice restaurant then please her. This McDonald's has consistent problems. The food is usually fine, but the service is POOR. I hadn't been there in over a year, because they always neglect to put at least one of my purchased items in my bag, sometimes more than one.
