This McDonald's has consistent problems. The food is usually fine, but the service is POOR. I hadn't been there in over a year, because they always neglect to put at least one of my purchased items in my bag, sometimes more than one. Last night I went there for the first time in a year, and sure enough, got home without a chicken sandwich I had paid for at the drive-thru. (The fries I did get were hot but limp and undercooked. The shake machine was broken, as usual. ) Yes, I know, "always check the bag" before leaving. I was sick, and exhausted, and grabbing food for my son so I didn't have to cook. Not checking the bag still doesn't make this *my* mistake, though: it's the fault of the teenagers working there, who aren't paying attention to what they're doing. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this has been multiple times with missing food, more than 12 times this has happened at this location, and I'm fed up. I worked in restaurants as a teen (in the 80s) and was never as careless as the teenage workers today. I will say that the drive-thru attendants were at least polite; those at the McD's on Honeygo Blvd are always very rude and surly.I'm going back today to speak to the Mgr and get a replacement sandwich. I'll edit this review if he's helpful and apologetic.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s there’s always some issue that goes on. They either forget stuff that I ordered are always out of stuff and always have to make me wait and when I’m waiting it’s like 15 minutes. The staff is always very rude. Doesn’t even say hi and will slam the door in your face Before you even had the chance to ask for any thing extra sauce or condiments. Literally got a big breakfast from there this morning she didn’t even include a fork no butter or syrup. Didnt even ask. There was a guy just standing there when I rolled up to the window was texting on his phone didn’t even look up once to greet or smile. That can really go a long way. I don’t care about people being on their phone but at least have simple common courtesy and respect when you’re at work or in general when you’re out in public. The food here is expected and exceptional.. never had any issues with the food itself. It’s always been as good as expected.Vegetarian options: None. Besides the hash brown or a salad.
