McDonald's in Silver Spring

“A couple of days ago I visited the McDonald’s located at New Hampshire Avenue and Lockwood Drive, and I had a great experience. The place is very clean, and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

I ordered the Deluxe Breakfast, which was delicious, and also got two coffees to enjoy with my wife. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in the clean environment. It’s a great location for grabbing a coffee and enjoying a meal.

Additionally, it’s really convenient because it’s close to my doctor’s office, making it easy to stop by.“

“The employees will help you with their computer, and order your food for you! Those computers aren't my thing. The food always tastes good. Those new chicken wraps are priced right and are delicious. My favorite meal is Big Mac, small fry, chocolate shake. It's comfort food and Im old, so I need the calories. I always feel better after MacDonalds.“

It's great for its food, service, atmosphere, and attention to detail, as well as its well-designed layout, easy-to-use ordering screen, and its convenient location in a nice area, perfect for pedestrians, drivers, or bus passengers. I also have a particularly fond memory of a cashier I love because of her incredible warmth and friendliness. She's always ready to help with any questions you might have, and she's incredibly helpful and accommodating.“

I did see something disappointing 😞
I saw a now retired ex-employee bring a birthday gift to the main manager named Santos, he got it and didn't show any sign of appreciation whatsoever.
I hope this isn't how he treats his employees. He wasn't wearing a name tag, so I had to ask his name to another employee because this "pushed my buttons!"
Irma, a supervisor, is always kind and attentative, as is Miriam.
Occasionally, they might have new staff that isn't trained and have no customer service skills (won't even say "thank you")“

“The place is excellent, the customer service is perfect, they are very friendly, they took my order and brought it to the table, not a single complaint, it is one of the best McDonald's🍔🍟 that I have visited, they do a very good job“

“Majority of the time there is a long line at this location because it's located at the intersection of New Hampshire Ave and Randolph Rd. However, my order is always right, food is warm and delicious. My brother took a bite and said wow, I want to order that next time. Plenty of parking but it can be a little tricky getting out because of the high volume of cars.“

“I've never had a problem with this McDonald's when ordering in person or using delivery, until today (delivery). Everything was correct except my Double Filet O Fish was a single patty and had no tartar sauce AT ALL. A Filet O Fish without Tartar Sauce is not a Filet O Fish, it's a Fish Sandwich. Anyway, I will not be seeking a refund but the phone number didn't work so I had to leave a review to air my grievances.“
