McDonald's in Silver Spring

“Left a Kehlani concert in Columbia MD, on the way home, wanted to grab some quick food. The drive thru was unfortunately closed so we had to go inside. The food was hot and fresh. Very speedy service after using the self service kiosk. The restrooms had no toliet paper or paper towels.“

“The employees will help you with their computer, and order your food for you! Those computers aren't my thing. The food always tastes good. Those new chicken wraps are priced right and are delicious. My favorite meal is Big Mac, small fry, chocolate shake. It's comfort food and Im old, so I need the calories. I always feel better after MacDonalds.“

“Hi. If you want to have a good time with family, friends, or even on your own, I recommend this McDonald's. It's great for its food, service, atmosphere, and attention to detail, as well as its well-designed layout, easy-to-use ordering screen, and its convenient location in a nice area, perfect for pedestrians, drivers, or bus passengers. I also have a particularly fond memory of a cashier I love because of her incredible warmth and friendliness. She's always ready to help with any questions you might have, and she's incredibly helpful and accommodating.“

I did see something disappointing 😞
I saw a now retired ex-employee bring a birthday gift to the main manager named Santos, he got it and didn't show any sign of appreciation whatsoever.
I hope this isn't how he treats his employees. He wasn't wearing a name tag, so I had to ask his name to another employee because this "pushed my buttons!"
Irma, a supervisor, is always kind and attentative, as is Miriam.
Occasionally, they might have new staff that isn't trained and have no customer service skills (won't even say "thank you")“

“The coffee was great value for the price. The Muffins were okay, better than average. So convenient to have a restaurant by our home. We'd just moved, and on that day we did't have any utensils or appliances. My husband was picking up the order, and the employee quickly came out to greet him at curbside when I clicked the button and she was bursting with friendliness and positivity (let's be honest, it's rare in low- to middle-income fast food chains). The hashbrowns very a bit too greasy - that's the only thing.We will cherish that memory of ordering MCD for breakkie forever.“

“Majority of the time there is a long line at this location because it's located at the intersection of New Hampshire Ave and Randolph Rd. However, my order is always right, food is warm and delicious. My brother took a bite and said wow, I want to order that next time. Plenty of parking but it can be a little tricky getting out because of the high volume of cars.“

“I'm not sure exactly what it is but all of the fries at this location come out soggy and not crispy. Customer service is always excellent but I will also say the floor stays wet at this location they should upgrade the beverage machine.“
