McDonald's in Alexandria

“Why I go to this McDonalds, the manager and staff here get it! They actually care about the food, the service and the atmosphere. There are fresh flowers in water an every table.I want to thank the manager for stepping up and taking my order today, ordered a double quarter deluxe. Most McDonalds I go to don't have a clue what that is, my manager knew exactly what it was and gave me a compliment on ordering the sandwich the way it was meant to be ordered. The staff delivered a perfectly built sandwich that was juicy and delicious. Thanks Rose Hill McDonalds for your time and attention to detail!“

“Needed to grab breakfast, and using my McDonald’s app I was able to beat the cut off time between breakfast and lunch. The restaurant was conveniently located, and I was able to get in no time. Staff were very friendly, polite, respectful and helpful. The food was delicious, freshly made and served with a smile. The facilities were a hot mess, the bathroom was TRASHED! My rating of four stars is based on the environmental factors, everything else was as 10/10!“

“I had a great experience at this McDonald’s thanks to NIKIYAH She went above and beyond by helping me with my order and even upgraded it to a combo, which actually made it cheaper than what I was originally going to get. “Whoever was working at the front counter at 12:45pm today, Was super sweet Very professional and took customer service to another level.
I had to leave another McDonald’s five minutes down the road in front of the Walmart in Chuck E. Cheese- Due to the amount of homeless people on the front step and people doing drugs in the bathroom. I went out of my way to come to this location, And I definitely was not disappointed. whoever they have working in the front needs a raise!“

“If exiting the drive through, you have to go out to Glebe road and turn right (Don't be that person who tries to turn left-- it's impossible and just holds up traffic). Decent quality, decent service. I've only ever taken out, so I can't comment on the dining room experience, though it looks common enough.“

“10 cars deep but was thru the line in 5 min... McDonald's is never like that. However there is a HUGE get your favorites all day long showing breakfast food and burgers... was told they don't do burgers in the am at the speaker... seems pointless to have the banner on the wall then doesn't it?“

“A few of us came in for a business meeting on a weekday and while there we decided to grab breakfast as well as coffee. This is one of the newer style of McDonald’s with kiosks only to order from in the dining room, which I can’t stand. But the system worked well and the ordering process was efficient. The dining room was very clean and looked newly renovated. The restroom was really clean as well.

The food and coffees came out pretty quickly, it was fresh, piping hot, and looked great – just like it’s supposed to look. This was easily one of the best McDonald’s meals I’ve had in the US since I used to work there back in the 80’s, back when they were a decent fast food place. The hash brown was tasty and hot too. But I really liked the flavor, assembly, and freshness of the Egg McMuffin!

I came in with very low expectations, as it’s a McDonald’s and left with my expectations totally exceeded! I just hope the management here is able to keep this level of quality and service through all times of the day and do it everyday! Consistency is one of McDonald’s weak points and a reason I haven’t eaten at a McDonald’s in the US in a few years.“

“Soo I don't really mind the kinda don't care attitude you get from the drive thru. I've been there, I worked at McDonald's years ago, it's not the best job, but besides that, I love how fast the service is. I go thru the drive thru and I'm out in like 2 mins and that's every time I go, I love that. food is always fresh too.“

“I am rating this McDonald’s relative to other McDonald’s. The service was fast and the food was allergen safe, which is the benchmark for all McDonald’s in my book. However, they forgot to include the sauces we ordered and the promotional golden chicken sandwich had pickles, which I didn’t order, and had so little golden sauce that I didn’t even think it was there until I got a little bit on one bite halfway through the sandwich. That being said, I may go again, because the allergen safety of McDonald’s still remains unparalleled.“

“I eat breakfast at this location almost daily. The service is excellent - I’ve never waited more than 4 minutes to get my food. The dining room is always kept clean and the staff is friendly. Building is old style McDonald’s (red roof) on outside, but inside has been fully renovated. You have to ask for napkins from behind the counter. Overall, this is a good McDonald’s.“

“For the most part the staff is pretty friendly and willing to assist you. The food is pretty fresh and I have rarely had an issue of them incorrectly making my order.

There is no drive thru, FYI.

The biggest issue that I've had at this McDonald's, is that it's right across the street from high school, and if you go there right after school lets out, it's overrun by teenagers. And unfortunately some of them are extremely rude and we're seemingly raised in a barn. Because they will trash the place, they don't pick up their food and drink wrappers, they don't throw things away, they will leave tables dirty.

It's gotten so bad at one point the high school's notified because there were a certain group of kids that were purposely trashing the place and it was this big thing.

But as long as you don't go there between like 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. it's a fairly nice McDonald's.“

“The late night manager was so helpful with my order and using the code on the mobile app. Such a great attitude and complete kindness while taking my order and helping me out at the window. He also ensured that fries were fresh. Great customer service can be hard to come by in fast food. So thank you Matthew!“

“I pulled into the parking lot and a sense of dread came over me after I saw how long the drive through line was. It was too late though, I was committed.

The guy who took my order spoke clearly and was well mannered. When I got to the first window, he collected my card with a smile and repeated my order to make sure that he had it right, which it was.

At the second window, the girl had my meal ready and waiting, which was incredible, because the line just seemed to be moving too quickly. All of this took place in such a short period of time. I couldn't get a receipt from the first window and I asked her if it was possible for her to print and she did so with a smile.

Something is happening at this mcdonald's, and it's a good thing. And young people should know when they're doing a good job, and they should know they can win when they're winning.

Unfortunately, I'm not from this area or I would make this my go to mcdonald's.“

“Had an amazing experience at the drive-through with Francisco. It was Christmas Day and he had worked a very long shift, but still was very positive and polite and smiled and gave us top customer service. We truly appreciate all the hard work he !“
