I've been to one f these restaurants that is situated within a department store before, and I've never really been a fan. They are typically under-staffed and it takes much longer to retrieve a completed order than it does at other stand alone restaurants. Today at this location was no different. It was extremely busy, and I was able to place my order at the self serve kiosk. I come in often to walk through Walmart and grab some food on the way out.During my most recent visit I had an awkward encounter with the manager of the restaurant.Had to repeat myself a few times and when I stated the quantity of what I ordered I was corrected and told that I was wrong.When I finally paid I was notified that they had added and extra sandwich.So when I stated that I didn't ask for an extra they got irritable and made it sound like I was speaking to them incorrectly...read full review
