Jersey Mike's Subs offers a variety of subs with extra meat, though some customers find them pricey. The store is clean, and employees are patient, preparing sandwiches with a smile. However, some customers feel the subs are a bit sparse, lacking enough meat. The experience can vary, with some feeling the employees focus more on their conversations than the orders.
Customers praise the exceptional customer service, with one Muslim customer noting that the employee, Sam, took the time to clean the supplies and use a new knife to accommodate their dietary needs. Another customer, Tibias, is described as exceptionally sweet and friendly, with a great attitude and respect for the customers.
While the Italian sub is noted as being mostly ham with just a few slices of Italian meats, overall, customers report that the subs they've had from this location have been good. The location is described as very nice and clean, though some customers suggest ensuring the sides are fresh.
