The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. She talks about customers in their face. She complains about how people smells. She refuses to help them and their faces. She speaks in Spanish is if no one understands her. She’s very racist towards Black people. She helps Hispanics but won’t help me. This has been a constant thing in a problem for me.

As a naive young customer, there was a time when I used to enjoy my meals at McDonald’s, but the reports that keep on coming about employee working conditions have left a horrible taste in my mouth. No one should have to work in an environment where they feel undervalued and underpaid. McDonald’s should focus on improving the lives of their staff.

I've been to one f these restaurants that is situated within a department store before, and I've never really been a fan. They are typically under-staffed and it takes much longer to retrieve a completed order than it does at other stand alone restaurants. Today at this location was no different. It was extremely busy, and I was able to place my order at the self serve kiosk. The ere was one single employee at the sole register taking walk-up orders and fulfilling the orders at the same time. They also don't have the self serve soda drink option here, so she was doing that too. She was doing a great job with what she had, and I did feel for her. I waited about five minutes for the 2 single McChicken sandwiches to be prepared, and for my order number to be called. The sandwiches themselves tasted good and I managed to finish them off!

I come in often to walk through Walmart and grab some food on the way out.During my most recent visit I had an awkward encounter with the manager of the restaurant.Had to repeat myself a few times and when I stated the quantity of what I ordered I was corrected and told that I was wrong.When I finally paid I was notified that they had added and extra sandwich.So when I stated that I didn't ask for an extra they got irritable and made it sound like I was speaking to them incorrectly even though I was speaking in their native language ?By the time I got to eating my sandwich I see that the lettuce was old and discolored. I'm hoping I don't get sick from old produce but seems like you're better off buying groceries.
